SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates and any shipping charges are shown at checkout when available.

Because some items may ship from different fulfillment partners, orders can arrive in separate packages. Tracking information will be emailed after an order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, customs, weather, or an incomplete address.

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at getreddiy@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members and neighbors and contact the carrier first. Then email us at getreddiy@gmail.com with your order number so we can help investigate.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
