⚙️ Product Overview

The Lot-Wizard LW2 is a professional-grade wireless trailer light tester designed for fast, independent diagnostic use on commercial trailers. It allows users to activate and test all lighting and ABS circuits without the need for a truck connection.

Compatible Batteries: Milwaukee 18 V & DeWalt 20 V MAX (slide-style)
Circuits Tested: Marker, Clearance, Left Turn, Right Turn, Brake, AUX/ABS
Connector: Phillips 15-720 STA-DRY® 7-Way Socket
Display: Digital Voltmeter (Rear)
Protection: Auto-Reset Relay Circuit


🧰 Operating Instructions

  1. Insert a fully charged Milwaukee 18 V or DeWalt 20 V MAX battery.

  2. Plug the Lot-Wizard LW2 into the trailer’s 7-way socket.

  3. Power on the unit; the voltmeter will display live voltage.

  4. Use the 6-button wireless remote to activate each lighting circuit:

    • 1: Marker/Tail Lights

    • 2: Clearance Lights

    • 3: Left Turn

    • 4: Right Turn

    • 5: Brake Lights

    • 6: AUX / ABS Circuit

  5. If a circuit shorts, the auto-reset relay will trip, cutting power temporarily to protect the system. Identify the last circuit activated to locate the fault.


⚠️ Safety & Handling

  • Do not expose the unit to standing water or open flame.

  • Only use approved Milwaukee or DeWalt batteries.

  • Disconnect immediately if a burning smell or excessive heat is detected.

  • Store indoors between –4 °F (–20 °C) and 176 °F (80 °C).

  • Keep away from children; this is a professional diagnostic tool.
